Deposits & Payment
  Kar'Den Productions requires a $100.00 deposit to hold your event date. The balance is due thirty (30) days before the day of the event.  Clients may make payments at their convenience or pay the full balance due thirty days before the wedding date.
 
Shipping & Handling
  We will process and ship your order as soon as possible via the following methods:
 
United States Postal Service - pre-paid.
 
  That's right! No hidden charges!  Just another way we "keep it simple".
 

Returns  
  Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase or our service, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
 
Cancellations & Refunds
   The Client has thirty days from the date the contract is signed & deposit paid to cancel and receive a full refund. We must receive the cancellation in written form with a signature. A phone call is not a sufficient cancellation. There is no penalty for reducing a package before the wedding, just dropping it completely after the thirty days. After the 30 days the deposit is nonrefundable.
